- Select Your Items & Payment Option: Browse our online store and choose the products you wish to purchase.
- Choose Pickup Option: During checkout, select the ‘In-Store Pickup’ option and confirm your order.
2. Order Confirmation Message:
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated pickup time.
- Processing Time: Our team will prepare your order for pickup. This usually takes 02-06 Hour, depending on the item and availability.
3. Visit Store For Pickup:
- Pickup Ready: Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email or SMS. You’ll receive a notification with instructions on how to collect your items.
- Pickup Instructions: The notification will include details on where to pick up your order at our store.
4. Collecting Your Order
- Pickup Location: Visit us at RES Store during our store hours to collect your items. Our pickup counter is located at:

- Pickup Hours: Our regular pickup hours are 10:00 AM to 07:00PM. Please check our Holiday Hours/Closures for any changes.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your pickup order, contact us as soon as possible to assist with any adjustments.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Return Policy: Important Information
At RES Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we have specific guidelines regarding returns to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
Please Note:
Incomplete Returns: We cannot accept returns for products if any of the components or items included in the original package are missing. To qualify for a return, the product must be returned with all its original parts, accessories, and packaging.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- Check Your Order: Before initiating a return, please verify that you have all the components and packaging included with your purchase.
- Complete Returns: Ensure that your return includes all items as originally shipped, including manuals, accessories, and any other components.
- Return Procedure: If you need to return an item, follow our return procedure outlined on our Delivery & Return Policy Page. We recommend keeping a copy of your return shipping receipt until your return is processed.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
